PROJECT DESIGN

We provide end-to-end design solutions for projects and are specialised in structures and geotechnics as well as in the electromechanical and electrical plant engineering fields.

We manage complex permit procedures, liaising with the authorities and providing guidance and assistance to both public and private clients.

SEISMIC ASSESSMENTS

Over the years we have gained extensive experience in assessing the seismic vulnerability of existing buildings, including those with strategic importance during rescue operations (religious and monumental buildings, municipal buildings, sports facilities, schools, electrical substations, telephone and telecommunications facilities…) and in planning the necessary action to make these structures safe, improving them and bringing them up to compliant seismic standards.

TOPOGRAPHIC AND STRUCTURAL SURVEYS

Our equipment, including a total station and GPS, enables us to carry out topographic surveys, layouts and staking. We also have a weather station to record environmental conditions. We can process surveys carried out using LIDAR technology thanks to special programmes (PLS-CADD). We perform geometric and topographic surveys of existing buildings to check if they are structurally sound or to monitor them. We also have special equipment to evaluate the degree of corrosion of steel.

ENVIROMENT

We carry out landscape surveys, environmental effects assessments and assessments of electromagnetic fields and environmental impact. Our services also include drawing up management plans for excavated earth and rocks and we take on-site samples to perform chemical analyses.

WORKSITE SAFETY

Managing worksite safety is one of the company’s core activities. We coordinate on-site safety in both the design and construction stages of the project.

SITE MANAGEMENT

The company provides site management services.

FIRE PREVENTION

The company is qualified to carry out fire safety planning and manage the relevant formalities with the local Fire Brigade.

FINAL PROJECT VALIDATION

The company provides final project validation services.
